Help Save The Advertising Tax Deduction
Legislative Alert
We have recently learned from a member of the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee that the Committee is seriously considering a tax on advertising as part of the tax reform bill that may be released later this month or in early October. It is critical that you and other members of your ad club and company contact members of the Committee as soon as possible, and express your strong opposition to such a proposal.
It is especially important that those of us in Florida contact Congressman Vern Buchanan who is a committee member representing our state.
Click here to email Congressman Buchanan.
You can also call his Florida office directly at (941) 951-6643.
All advertising professionals in Florida should voice their concerns on this issue, but it is critical that AAF members in Manatee and Sarasota counties personally contact their representative, Congressman Buchanan.
