About Mike Weber: Over the past 30 years, District 4 Past Governor and current Treasure Mike Weber has chaired local and District ADDY competitions 18 times. He has judged over 150 ADDY shows nationwide and produced 23 ADDY presentations including Local, District and National. He served on the AAF National ADDY Committee 17 years and was National ADDY Committee Chair. He will show the best work of the past year and give you the best advice for entering and winning this year.

“Unleash your Inner Superhero” Workshop with Lee Kitchens from Disney Yellow shoes
Everyone has their own unique talents and limitations when it comes to the creative process. In this introspective workshop, you will have the opportunity to identify where you are naturally strong and learn how to leverage that talent to be a force for creative good. Attendees will also visit their dark-sides to explore how their weaknesses can become the ‘kryptonite’ that undermines success.
OUTCOMES: Participants in this workshop
- Use self-assessment for greater awareness of your own strengths and weaknesses
- Apply language to identify your unique talents
- Experience action planning to activate this new knowledge
